Darilynn Cardona-Beiler, MSSA, LCSW, is the Vice President of Systems Integration and Policy Implementation for the Meadows Metal Health Policy Institute. She plays a leadership role working with providers and health systems across Texas to adopt clinical best practices and system integration to improve holistic health care treatment including what is often siloed as physical, mental, and substance use systems and treatment. Throughout her 25-year career in health care, social services, and community mental health, Darilynn has served in various leadership capacities. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Darilynn has applied her focus to supporting individuals living with serious and persistent mental illness, co-occurring substance use disorders, and chronic medical conditions through evidence-based interventions and collaborative care. Among her achievements are the management, design, and delivery of behavioral health integrated care models, permanent supportive housing initiatives, and recovery outreach programs. Wellness, recovery, and person-centered care are consistent themes of her leadership as she works to advance efforts to promote systems integration and parity. In her role at the Meadows Institute, she is working to expand access to behavioral health treatment through collaborative innovation and integrate systems of care.
