Sabrina Browne, MD

Assistant Professor, Dept. of Psychiatry, University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Behavioral Health and Guidance, Children's Health

Dr. Browne is an Assistant Professor in the department of Psychiatry at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Boston University. She received her medical degree from McGovern Medical School at UTHealth in Houston. She completed both her residency in General Psychiatry and fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. She received additional training in psychodynamic psychotherapy from the Dallas Psychoanalytic Center. She previously worked with the Child Psychiatry Access Network (CPAN) and Texas Child Health Access Through Telemedicine (TCHATT) programs where her focus was on increasing access to care for children with behavioral health needs. She continues this focus in her current role as the Child Psychiatrist for Children’s Health Behavioral Health Integration and Guidance (BHIG) Initiative.
