Eric Estrada serves as the Executive Director of form communities, which operates the San Antonio Clubhouse, Peer Academy, and PeerForce. He has been involved with community-based mental health programs since 2014. Prior to his role at form communities, his career was primarily in management consulting, with positions at Booz Allen Hamilton, Deloitte, and BearingPoint where he advised federal clients on their strategies and operations. He has also worked as a consultant to small non-profits, primarily in process improvement and systems-design. He served as an active-duty Air Force officer after graduating from the US Air Force Academy with a Bachelors of Science in 2004.
