Mr. Dominguez has developed several successful innovative community service programs for underserved persons. He attributes his success through networking with community services, stakeholders, and advocates. Through development and empowering participant advisory councils, he designs programs to meet community unmet needs. He is also able to give voice to the underserved through the presentation of their stories to increase community awareness to harness support. He is currently working in service to persons and families impacted by substance use disorder through harm reduction services, street outreach, community education, and advocacy.
